7.8.1 UCD [8-1]

Extensions can be assigned as members of an extension group. If that extension group has been assigned as a Uniform Call Distribution (UCD) group, calls to the extension group are distributed to its member extensions as programmed. One extension group can be assigned as a UCD group.

UCD Group

Selects the extension group that functions as a UCD group.

UCD Waiting Message

Selects the UCD outgoing message (OGM) sent to the caller when a call arrives at a UCD group and no extension in the group is available.
